New Home Owner - Sub division lo Kitty Party Invite issues

My friend moved into Heavily populated into sub division with good number of Telegu tejams. All this happened 2 years ago..

1st year - kitty parties happened every weekend and lot of community events.

2nd year - Formed sub groups based on interests.

3 year started - It seems they are not getting invited for any kitty parties from any groups and feeling lonely. 

What are the options ?
