H1B visa Drop box status struck at Approved status

My H1B drop box got approved on Nov 9 but until now it wasn’t moved to issued or doesn’t have any status change which concerns me ? Any inputs or any idea what’s happening?

same date dropbox hyd nov 9th nov 13 AR dec 2nd approved struck for 4 week no status change dec 29th issued 31st picked
