Hi, 

I have h1b stamp valid on passport  until April 2024 and also had i797 recent approved till April 2027. I would like to go to India for a short duration only 2 weeks in jan 2024. Can i renter us with valid stamp on passport or should I go for new stamping again?

Can someone suggest me if someone faced this situation?

Yes you can ,  vachetappudu show new appprived i797 ask PO officer to give I 94 to that ext date
