Lol. Guys dont take this guy seriously we are after multiple builders building homes around with prosper isd for a investment home and not even a single builder reduced prices. I did notice multiple messages from this id before if you are a propsevtive buyer or house owmer dont get panicked by these messages or dont stop your house hunt. People like him just want to create fear and when you ask him to share the details they will just share community details. Dallas housing market is still strong due to high demand and dint see any where its dropping to those levels around with frisco and propser isd schools. Dont panic. Trust me if i see those prices for that sqft in prosper isd i will buy 3 homes since we are sitting with huge cash
