Mosaic ani oka community start aindi 2800 sqft house american legnd vodu 660 anta that too i need wait in list since they are only selling 3 homes. Maku ante option ledhu instead of paying 100k tax its better we take hit for few months rent but i dint expect this demand. I was under assumption atleast people will stop buying looking at interest rates. Looks like they are predicting rates will go down soon.
