dochukunna vadiki dochukunnanta, they will keep prices up until most people realize that it's cheaper elsewhere and stop buying at their store.

Change buying habits. Try basmati or long grain or par boiled rice which has more sellers other than India and are not very hard to get used to, till things gets stabilized, while you wait for rice to get stocked in Costco again.
