TG got that extra push with Hyderabad. Now that I think through more about it, I feel sorrry for AP people. The same CBN who claims that he developed Hyderabad couldn’t “develop” another Hyderabad for them. Same with Jaggad… or anyone who come to power next. Can’t do much for this obvious reason. They should have been firm about center grants, polavaram, special category status… as a condition for bifurcation, which could have bailed them out a bit. The congress leaning crowd seems to be the older population and rural population who were the traditional vote bank and also some reddy community folks who want to see a leader from their community as the ruler. Then the other side I see a lot of young population who do not know much about the older gen congress typically GenX and GenZ seem to be leaning towards TRS. Also the real estate folks are strongly in favor of TRS. Quote
