What I meant was Congress's stronghold seats la polling percentage is considerably higher than BRS dominated seats. Even now at 1pm, 45%+ polling is recorded mainly in Congress bastions.

Possible. But if total poll percentage stays below 60% or say even at 65%, then it's tough for Congress. There will be tug of war in a hung scenario or even narrow edge to Dora. He will get MIM and BJP support and get some cong MLAs. Anti incumbency wave will be strongly felt if voting percentage crosses 85%
