Working from home(Remote) vs Office based

Guys, these days I am feeling overwhelmed working from home, its fully remote and chala work assign chestunnaru and keep constant status update calls. 

Is it normal or because its remote project ?

I told my manager desis are working on 2 jobs and make it manadatory to come to  office for all indians
