Anna ranches mostly  for old people who can’t take stairs . If you are young want to get home for less price go with multi floor .

I have a ranch house and everything is handy and convenient but you’ll miss privacy when you want to cook late nights or watching tv if there’s no basement. Everyone will know what youre doing

I don’t know if this is true but people say ranch houses will sell quicker

knee pains issues rakunda vundali ante opt for ranch type homes

it quickly becomes annoying to climb the stairs multiple times in a day

parents etc vasthe ranch will be better as they can access all the areas easily

on the flip side, house can be get a bit hotter I guess in summers

Ranch Style : Sukham.... Maintenance and ease of moving around the home become very easy. Energy costs will go up a little, you might miss the feel of high ceilings, etc but overall comfort. if you own ranch and you want to upgrade, its easier to upgrade the ranch than double-story homes. Maintenance and repairs picha....

so, I have a ranch with a loft and vaulted ceilings. Loft and attic are super hot in summers but not the main level. For winters, heating costs are high as vaulted ceilings don’t retain heat as much as flat ceiiings
