Please suggest good ventures for US return in Hyderabad/Banglore

One of my friends is thinking of moving back to India.....he wants to live there for few years....and return to US (if things don't work out). He's been living in the US for the last 16 years...still no GC. He wants to buy property for self occupancy.....Please name some ventures closer to reputed SW offices & schools for kids in both Hyderabad/Banglore.

Plots are difficult to find...! Even apts are okay considering the proximity with the offices/Schools.

Don't think NRIs can own farm lands but it's self occupancy.

Buy branded apartment, if Bangalore is considered prestige developers, Hyderabad no idea

Plots are not difficult. In fact, construction ventures taggipoyayi. All are selling plots mostly. Pick something closer to the ORR. Enjoy the stay.

Again, offices and schools ki taggara ani city lopala teesukunte traffic frustration vuntundi. Office and school ki minchi life vuntadi. Danilo kooda frustration vuntadi. I wouldn't buy an apt outside Jayabheri anymore. I might chose any other if I personally know the builder. For example, Bion in Kondapur.

Villas cheppanu kada. No one is building villas anymore. Veetillo vallaki risk ekkuva ani aapestunnaru. Plots ammadam baaga perigindi. Look for areas around ORR and upcoming Metro routes. Bangalor, Srisailam, or Sagar highway.

NRIs cannot buy agri land unless you establish 180days residence in India

NRIs or non-citizens? 180 days residence enti? Resident avvadanika? Adi 183 days le. When you are an Indian citizen, how can you lose the right?
