lifestyle changes are needed, telling this with experience. you are having disturbed sleep that means you have sleep apnea. if you are getting constant headaches and day time sleepiness, these are symptoms of apnea. snoring basically cuts air( oxygen supply) to your brain, which is what causes disturbed sleep. this leads to brain strokes. if you are waking up in the middle of night due to snoring it is really bad for you.

get a sleep test done, mihgt have to stay overnight in the hospital but its worth it, they will record the interuption count through night and let you know if you need a cpap machine

Issue obesity with round the neck fat unte sleep apnea ayyundochu...(waking up with dry mouth is sleep apnea)

Or nasal allergies, sinusitis with DNS unna kooda snoring untundi...

Depends on your ENT assessment...

One hack is to elevate from your head to lower back with a wedge pillow and check...if issue resolves...

Alcohol, smoking, stress and muscle relaxants are always a risk factors...

Download sleep tracking apps from AppStore and try using them. They are almost accurate…if you have an Apple Watch, use it to track sleep. Also download those sleep tracking apps which will record your sleep…including snoring and periods of apnea.
