Chepauk first match same block soil pitch two paced though aus played 49+ overs they were only able to score 199 batting first while chasing Ind lost 3 in the first 2 overs and once the dew came in pitch eased and Ind won with 6 wkts..

Same story reverse Finals same black soil pitch Ind played all 50 overs scored 40 more runs ...even Aus lost 3 wkts for 46 and went on to win by 6 wkts..

My 2 cents. It may not be about money. It’s probably about their safety. BCCI can’t protect them nor their private security against Mumbai underworld mafia. 
so when they are given an offer, they cannot say anything.
 

May be if they reach finals next time, odds might be against India as chokers in finals and these guys might turn the game in our favor.
