Its perception congress gets more seats in 89 2004 and 2009 elections 

tdp have strong reddy and bc  leadership in telangana 

kcr ignores tdp vote banks like bc and sc madiga mostly going with bjp 

kcr attracts Congress vote banks like muslim bank 

if congress retains its vote bank they will win because tdp vote bank movied to bjp or brs

Yes… he has to lose. Its Congress that gave Telangana… TRS opportunists ditched Congress after statehood. Keeping those a side, lot of tyranny, corruption, recklessness, administrative failures, broken promises…etc demand change of rule… TDP long back stamped as Andhra party… and will never come back.

To thwart that … they campaigned saying… take this money from BRS govt, remaining balance will be given again after congress comes to power. None of them ever objected distribution, which is a good ploy.
