Nehru ORR , Rajiv airport , IIT and pvnr expressway are purely contributions of Congress . No government worked for Hyderabad growth as much as cong .

Drdo , bhel , HMT , idpl etc.  are also historic legacy of Congress to Hyderabad  . Hitec city is also due to cong .

Opposition to the Bullet Train Project

Just a simple example, the bullet train project from Mumbai-Ahmedabad should have been completed by now. But Congress govt came in Maharashtra and the tracks stopped construction in Maha. Only Gujarat part is done. 

Nothing of that sort will happen , Hyderabad real estate may stagnate in worst case but won't go down 

Comparision with a speculative real estate venture like amaravathi to an actual city like Hyderabad is not right. 

Majority of MLA seats are in rural Telangana but Most of the development happened around Hyderabad. So vast majority of voters do not care about development

Government change aithe Hyd la real estate padi potadi…KTR lekapothey IT companies potayi…lavadala reasons iyanni. Pulka gallu baaga nerpichinchinaru ivanni. 

Nothing as such will happen. Just in case if govt changes in Telangana, you will get to see many such stories in Andhra media.

one of the many simple logics ..

Ppl who have already invested in Hyd (housing, plots and commercial) want BRS to retain power so their returns are not hit.

Ppl whoever has no investments and waiting for an opportunity are looking for Govt change so they can afford the prices.

Hyd growth may be organic but the rates are superficial so kontha regulation aithey better in prices rather than completely damaal... ani naa yokka idhi...
