I own south west/east home (dont know for sure) for about 5 yrs now, all good. My living room is in the back so it doesnt even matter to get east facing as I would not enjoy the sunlight in the morning. (even east facing homes won't get sunlight to their living rooms as they are in the back of the house)

....unless you have strong reservations on grahalu vati movements etc..

 

P.S. Oksari konnaka dont even think about it...thinnadi aragaka gas vachina vasthu dosham anukuntaru...so think twice if you have that fear...if not, just go ahead and get SW one, you will be okay.

I will give an example of a couple who got east facing house on h1b 1st year. That person lost job and couldn’t get it in limited time as a result he had to go out of country. If we r trying to tie that to vastu it’s not true.. they did a terrible job of planning!!!!
