I have read extensively on this subject of vasthu. And I have made some empirical observations too. Vasthuu is not a joke. It’s better if you can stay in compliance with the rules of vasthu. ATB

@manadonga people who already brought houses which are not east/north will downplay your concerns. I mean I’m referring to people from our db. It’s fine. That’s their opinion. 

 

I don’t think there would have been a thing called vasthu shastra. If it was a mere bullshittttt. Use your discretion and take a good decision vaaa

It's west facing . Unless ur house is inclined toways 225 degrees.

 

I think this is around 250 degrees so this west. To my knowledge even builder quote this as west.

 

But this have low celing anukunta if I an not wrong

buy if you like the house and location and if you can afford it, nothing else matters

How? It depends on the placing of windows, backyard lo sun light oste inti mottaniki light ostundi. Most houses here don't have windows placed in the same direction as entrance.

Location is great elemnatary middle and high schools are with in half mile range 

kids can wake up 7 am everyday 

affordability is konchem kastam if my wife lost job for me but decent home in prosper is average to that price 

this is excellent home

if you have 6 months of emergency funds and are confident that you can get a job back, go for it
