BRS 2023 vs TDP 2004

i have one small observation...

during 2004 time...gemini tv and etv..etc were in peak.. thats the only entertainment source for many..

there was a show called by "talk of the town" by anchor jhansi...she generally used to say movie news in that show..

suddenly during election time...she is talking about politics (favour to CBN and talking bad about YSR) in that show...and noticed the same pattern in other entertainment shows as well...in that year..

but the final verdict is YSR won the election...

 

now i am seeing the same pattern in the name of social media influencers...all social media influencers stopped their regular social media sollu posts...and talking about politics..like who bring telngana and who developed telagana..etc

 

in addition...today i saw the dallas pink ralley post...seems slowly following the tdp path...

Agree in general.... Lot of media people started supporting brs directly or indirectly.

KTR tried to get urban voters by showing Hyderabad, but that's wrong - just like CBN in 2003

reason #101 why development is useless , especially in hyderabad for votes. 

7 seats goto MIM and remaining ones won't even vote. 

what's the use of showing hyderabad development KTR ? 
YSR got this pulse and won 2 elections.

I have observed this trend too and this comparison did strike me as well.

Inkokati observe chesthe, 2018 and 2023 la BRS's spoke about the same stuff while campaigning...nothing new. This is what CBN did in 1999 and 2004. of course, Hyderabad shining ani kathalu kuda 10ginadu just like KTR doing now...

Poye kaalam degariki vasthe enthatodu aina sare povalsinde...let BRS sit in the opposition or a term.

80% of seats are in rural areas whose population will not give two shits about this talk of Hyderabad  or development.If anything KCR is the true driver of TRS not KTR (CBN lite with 10 times less publicity)

KCR is talking about water , agriculture and mostly about old and newly promised welfare schemes.

KCR speeches ki oka standard vundi…to be frank…last one two months lo ktr, social media influencers, harish rao, other chota mota leaders tappa…KCR presence peddagaa ledhu media lo.. (except that helicopter clip…where he is bashing CBN..)

That's a spot on. I have been thinking about it too. Except that there are couple of major differences.

1. Baboru ordered firing in Basheerbagh circa 2001, which amplified already existing resentment among peasant communities across caste lines.

2. None including Revanth Reddi has the pull factor of late Rajasekhara Reddi.

every one is different and style is different…before 2004 YSR also have negative name..

but generally for anyone one victory is enough…most of the people forgot everything negative and start praising…that’s how our society is…

anyway lets see how it turns out on dec 3rd…

I'm not talking about styles. I'm talking of situations. Rajasekhara Reddi had his negatives, but the pull factor he had with padayatra was unmatched. Jagan used the same to emulate his father's success. Even Lokesh naidoo is doing the same now. 

Revanth Reddi doesn't have that pull, even when he was in TDP or even now in Congress. There is an active Congress lobby that's against Revanth Reddi because of him being Babori loyalist. Which is why everyone expected Rajasekhara Reddi to be a CM in 2004, but were not able to state explicitly  that Revanth Reddi will be CM even if Congress wins.
