Feminism itself is a flawed concept. Men and women are not biologically equal, but are meant to compliment each other. Men take roles of resource gatherers and protectors, where as women use their resources to build a sense of security for themselves  and birth babies and raise a family. By pushing feminism, women are being pushed to contest with men for positions of power and authority, yet without putting in the same amount of efforts. If they do, they have to do it at the cost of their family life, which basically is leaving behind their fertility. The feminism these days is more about getting concessions like reservation, and be part of 'diversity and inclusion'. All these schemes are voter appeasement policies. Power always rests with men, but only a tiny percentage of them either in India and or in west.
