lets start with what's the connection to feminism with some govt welfare scheme that targets a certain percentage of lower income women. beyond cringe guys like you using it to make a stupid point about 'equality'..

They are offering it to all women. Regardless of their financial status. Mere "gender" is a a basic qualification for that partilcuar welfare scheme

dude I've lived in TN that offered this few years ago. That they offered it to all women is not news to me, because I used public transport all the time while in India.

what is funny is jokers like you pretending like rich/upper middle class women use the public transport.
