With reference to a communication received from the client, we got to understand that you have not been reporting to work from August 6, 2014 and you have made self decision to discontinue from your entrusted roles and responsibilities at client location M/s.  Synchronoss without providing any prior notice period to your employer as voluntarily acknowledged by you under clause no. 4 & 22 of your employment letter. This in turn has affected the daily business activities of our organization very badly.

In this regard, we hereby call upon you to justify your stand on or before September 3, 2014.

I got an offer for 28,807 rupees  per month and a CTC of 3.60 LPA .I had reported to client synchronoss on 7 th of july i.e i had worked for 25/31 in the month of  july .If we calculate take home i need to get 23,200 rupes .I got only 19,420
as take home.I felt very bad about this. sorry to say i would no longer be willing to work with XXXXXXXX.
