Former Maharashtra Anti terror squad chief Hemant Karkare was killed by the terrorists during the 26/11 terror attack in Mubai and now his wife Kavita Karkare was declared dead in the hospital after suffering with brain hemorrhage . Hemant Karkare was killed on the night of 26/11 near Cama Hospital, along with Additional Police Commissioner Ashok Kamte and senior police inspector Vijay Salaskar . The two daughters and son of Kavita Karkare has donated their mother 's organs for the treatment of the needy patients . . . .
