One of my friend came on L1 status and he completed his masters in $u||ivan university. Will he be eligible to apply H1 in masters quota? 

 

I recently heard a condition as non profit Vs Profit universities. IF it is first masters here in USA and if it is profit university then they are not eligible. Is that true?

yes It should be Non-profit/public organization ayyi vundali to be eligible for H1B masters cap as well as Accredited.

Chala mandhi profit universities nunchi apply chesi H1b lu approve ayyayi past lo but extension deggara deny chesaru.. and ee madhya USCIS is very strict about it..

ela kanukkovali profit or non profit college ani?
