Can I buy Rite Aid stocks now.. its running on low at $3.6 now. Walgreens merger deal is in-progress to buy the stock at $5. FTC is currently holding the deal but eventually deal will be closed. how about buying some shares and short it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

how long will u wait... for the merge........ 6months? 1 yr ? 2yrs?
