Lets say if we buy a 300k house, yearly tax oka 3k, repair of 1.5k ,HOA 1,5k -overall 6k additional expenses other than mortgage undochemo kadha.Rent per month 1k anukunna , we will be saving 6k right per year.??

I don't think LG is best. We do testing on all brands. I work for GE in Appliance section, where apart from Whirlpool, GE, Frigidiare most of the other appliances fail reliability, performance and ship testing. GE does 10 year testing where any other brands do 5 year testing. And Samsung and LG are the worst in terms of reliability. If they are giving 10year warranty that is good, then Samsung and LG would be better option.Last year Samsung has the worst recall.

house is luxury rental home tho compare chesukuntey.. so its upto individual. iphone ey endhu ey nokia or lg phone half rate ki konukkovachu kadha lot of savings antey em cheptham inka.

Everything depends on individual..house and apartemnet has its own advantage n disadvantage...if u look forward for future ..good neighboorhood need our own space ..school district..garages for car for winter and growing kids..house is nice but lot of things to manage but its own comfort and apartment managing easy but less space..

Ma builder is giving GE basic for 2600 , he is getting builder credit from appliance 

The one i saw was 3400 with decent options in May tag and 3100 for LG package , 

we are also thinking about Whirlpool for 3000 ,
