Do i need to do it in my profile at CGI website, under update profile Ds-160 confirmation number? 

If yes, will i get a new appointment confirmation email with the new DS-160 updated information?

I had the same problem but idi work aindi no issues.

Can you please explain me how to do this, filled a new Ds-160. CGI site lo update profile do i have to delete the old DS -160 application no and give the new ds160 application number? 

If this is true when will be updated?
