I know a fresher who brought his personal pen drive when I asked him to copy data from a shared folder. Now he is having 6 certifications in salesforce and a good team lead. Hadnt he had a second chance by explaining him... he would have been in other job surviving himself day to day

 

point here is your expis never the criteria to show that you know everything or expected to know. NOr your race determines whether you are a genious or completely dumb.
