Bro, you did not get my point. By definition of BPL, if you cannot secure food for you and the family after 8 hours work, then that will be treated as 'Poverty', though there are some variations in different Indian states.

AP lo food supply ki problem ledhu, thats why Govt can still afford White card ration unlike other poverty ridden states like Bihar, UP, Assam, Orissa.

But ikkada CBN cheesthunnadhi yemiti? Basic needs ni somehow meet avuthunnadu, like White card Ration, free Medical insurance, free/subsidized power to farmers etc..,

Thats Ok and all good. Now at the same time he is trying to live in Singapore dreams - which is affecting the state revenues severely. The funds given by the Centre will never be sufficient as our dreams are set at Sky High target.

On the other hand, Centre promised a good quality infrastructure for new Capital but it never promised that they will help AP build Singapore/London/Paris/NewYork.

Nuvvu evarinana thittu kaani PVNR ni yemi anaku. He worked for India, not for AP, Telangana or North.

Some examples:

1. USA/CIA pressurized to the maximum extent possible to nip in the bud the Pokhran tests, which were unfortunately delayed by 2 years after PVNR term.

2. Its PVNR who really took a tough stance on Kashmir, otherwise the militancy that was propped up in early 90's could have taken kashmir away from India.

3. The entire D-Company from Mumbai was rooted out during his tenure and the D-leaders had to take refugee in Pakistan.

4. Probably only leader who never favored his caste/family.

Brother . You seriously have a problem. No one promised anything to AP. 

I wonder how could someone promise better capital than Delhi. I mean is there a scale to measure Delhi’s better sense ?

Nothing wrong to dream about a capital but asking for funds to realize the dreams, it’s none of centre’s  business. They have promised public utilities and polavaram which are happening. 

Even Rome was not built in a day, what is the hurry to build amaravati in just 4-5 years ? Do you think it’s possible ? We have only built Chandigarh and that took almost 30 years and Jamshedpur ofcourse but that’s by Tata. India can not afford to build a city from scratch. We can only afford to develop the cities.
