i have no idea in general ga cheppina........... tiffins antunau kabatti, start with small steps...na friend ke undhi DSNR lo , slow ga start chesindu.. ippudu full nadusthadhi... vadi  manager chusukuntadu motham

In Hyderabad , every commercial place they ask for 5 to 10 year agreement and deposit of 10 + laks . And rent ranges min from 20K RS 

And the lease will have a clause that owner can revoke  the lease if he have any legal issues , which he can create to get you out !
