H1B is a temporary work permit, they don't care if all those temporary workers come from one country or come from 100 countries as long as they get the job done. Now when those workers want to establish permanent residence here, the game becomes different. Anduke GC lo per country caps but not for H1b.

it will never be a priority for them. they have lot more other issues to worry about.

I am not getting serious, just trying to explain it from their perspective as to why they won't care about H1Bs being predominantly from one nation while the same becomes an issue when it comes to GC.

H4 EAD people are in lot bette situation. June lo start sesina inko 6-12 months process. And mostly existing EAD's wont be revoked. so easy gaa more than half people will still have EAD's for next few years even after revocation

HR 392 was doomed to be a failure from the get go, it was useless to even try supporting it since it was obvious it will never garner enough support to pass. I think everyone's looking at this the wrong way, what should be done is to actually get the kids who have aged out(turned 21) who are in a limbo due to their parents status get included in the DACA provision. 

That would be a decent enough success although these kids might not be technically undocumented like the way DACA are. It doesn't matter though since DACA will obviously have way more support than the legal immigrant kids who have aged out due to vote bank reasons. That's what these people should be aiming for.

Unless you make it a priority it will never be. 

Go meet local lawmakers and explain. Come back and say if that is a good experience or not.
