on an average, per square yard you can build 6 square feet of build up space..!

so, for 250 square yard, you will have 1500 super build up area per floor and for three floors, you will get 4500 slab space with all set backs taken into consideration. 

for cost of construction, it would cost approximately 2000 rupees per ground floor and cost increasing by atleast Rs.50 per each floor...

so..you calculate it accordingly..!
