How to escape from him smoothly, if I dont say contract to hire, he will not let me leave ( in contract letter agreement says I cant join end clients as per his thokalo love...da rules) 

not enough full time jobs available where I can join directly, meru yela tapinchukunaru mesthrys nunchi ..when changing jobs  ? because if I file I-140 next time with any other company I need his supporting documents so I dont want to fight with him,

2) supporting documents ante, I140 approval okkate kada kavalsindi. You can get it from FOIA.  Employment letter elaago isthaadu.

Why did you tell him? Asalu a client aey ani telekunda manage cheyachu kada? You can say tons of reasons to just quit the company and go FT.  Ippudu cheppesav kabatti nothing much you can do.
