Eh documentaries websites nammukune badulu believe in yourself first anta and be confident anta nenu

That's not going to guarantee that you won't be a victim of abuse. There's very little you can control if a relationship goes bad. So being confident in yourself is a good thing but to think that's going to solve every problem is being delusional.

Friends cases:

Case 1: Arranged marriage, guy brilliant Eamcet rank 200 and graduate of NIT Warangal in ECE plus very soft spoken and sort of shy. Got married to some girl from the same town as chosen by his parents, he wasn't a 100% into it but em kaadu em kaadu ani got him married.

Wife's family lied about her job, about her degree(she was a degree dropout) their own financial situation etc. Wife's dad was a dead beat, no job and his business went bankrupt. Wife started nagging him after coming to the US that he wasn't spending enough with her(he was a scientist in an IC firm so he stays long hours) blah blah blah. Then he asked her if she's so against someone like him, why did she marry him. She said nee mokhaniki nenu dorakatame ekkuva, then asked to go back to India for a visit. He didn't have leave so he sent her buying her to and fro plane tickets on his own CC, she never came back from India.

Filed 498a case against him, finally after 3 years of blackmail and spending more than a $100,000 including a 50 lakh settlement offer to her dad they withdrew the case. Friend's dad had a heart ailment and seeing this situation, his situation became worse. Last year friend went back to India for good and his dad passed away while he was there. Today he stayed back in India to look after his mom and has resolved to never marry again, said I lost my dad to a bad marriage once don't want to lose my mom as well.

No but fool proofing yourself as best as you can might atleast give you a chance of getting justice if you are the victim.
