how to file for m@ternity p@id leave in CA

Hello,

Can anyone share details as how to file for maternity paid leave in CA. ? Currently my wife is working in consulting on O--P--T.

I heard it can be done  1. Thru empl0yer and 2. through personally. I see online and there is website www.edd.ca.gov where one can file claim via Mail or Online. Is this the website though which one can file claim personally. Her Empl0yer is not sure on this process.

pukkat visa endi bey usless. fellow...masters chesindi..ikada and she has right to work....nee ayya katinda fee..Masters ki..CA lo SDI Taxes kadthe eligible...btw nuvu enduku US ki vachinavu...India lo edo work chesi savachu kada...you can still go back and give ur job to an @merican ..

if she is working hourly for more than 29 hours a week, she may be eligible for benifits from employer.

Dont know abt maternity but I applied for paternity last year 

should have paycheck ran continuously for more than 9 months in CA...no paycheck should run while u r on ur leave.    

Based on ur salary they pay up to 1300$ per week...and u can get a Max for 6 weeks paycheck....online lo application fill cheyadamey...
