Idhi 250 villas venture bro construction inka start kaledhu, not 700. I guess 700 villas(678) you are referring to below one  BHEL MAYFAIR which is one of the biggest venture in and around hyderabad.. I'm thinking amenities are included lift kuda undi, 222 sq yrd / 2600 sq ft annadu, so not sure whether the built up area is the same or still lower than that.

are u planning to go and settle in India..? or parents kosama..

parents velli untara...i feel vallaki City madhyalo untene better access to everything..

Ya chusa. Looks good lift kuda isthe but lift optional emo so tht u need to pay etc.

this seems ok. Area wise ok . It’s on visaka road 200ft. 

Mayfair lo ithe 300 sqyrds land but construction only 2150 sqyrds.

after festival ma friend veltha annadu ikkadiki chudali

I heard last year Mayfair lo 300 sqyrds went for 73 lakhs and Nagnar one is 222 sqyrds 94 lakhs ki penchesaru janala craze chusi. Wondering villa meeda investment better a lekapothe open land konukoovadam better aa ani alochisthunna same area lo..

open land better anyday. nenu open land chustunna a area lo. but last 6 months lo 12k nunchi ippudu 18-20k nadustunnay a area lo.

mayfair villas all soldout a 700?  mayfair is good price

Yeah I am somewhat thinking the same.. Almost 1 to 1.1 crore avthundi including everything.. Future lo entha peragochu and Investment paranga alochisthunna and parents kosam, after 3-5 years oka vela same place lo baaga development aithe parents ni move cheyochu kadha anukuntunna.. Am not completely positive though but investment options inka ekkuva alochinchalekapothunna.. correct me if am wrong and emanna other investment opportunities unte share cheyyi.

open land manchi deals unte cheppu bro.. hyderabad lo evadiki vade hero kadha, inka sarigga chuskoka poina and NRI ani telsina land paristhithi risky kadha..

may fair villas vallaki tried reaching out to them but no response.. I guess they might have sold out, anduke kadha ipudu new venture NAGNAR started with more cost.

haha am in the same boat bro.. more than a year nundi have seen the prices growing but for some reason invest cheyaledu.. Ipudu cheddama ani kurchunte prices emo istam vachinattu penchesaru, not sure how long this craze will go adi okkate somewhat stopping me to keep the cash into market.
