how can you get a best biryani when the people working in kitchen are always abused by owners and constant pressure of when they will get caught by ICE or some law enforcements and get prisoned or deported . 

Living in with 10 people in a apartment working 10-12 hours to earn mere 1000-1500 .

most of there restaurants are run by 50-70 years olds , students , or Illegal Cruise ship tamil chefs .

I know bro...I have seen some 65+ uncles from India, cleaning tables and making a living ...illegally...usually they come on visiting visas , work and make some money, wife usually does day care and husband works odd jobs for few months and then go back...it’s more like a mafia..feels s0rry but then again, they are working and making a living for themselves rather than depending on others...Deserves respect..!

yes the people who are runnign the restaruants are all software - no enthics noting 

all they do i copy a popular names from india eg ( bawarchi,ulavacharrru,chittigare , krrutunga, mr biryani etc ) but all they do is buffetwith free beer and mango lassi , dosa buffet $10 caterings
