Sanders is quite clearly the only decent person in this entire race. Hope he's elected.

US needs the healing touch after 40yrs of corporate theft.

i think if sanders wins presidency, that might move the democratic party to the far left. Moderate democrats will be extinct, just like moderate gops under trump.

he will tax the rich like they are supposed to be..

the tax breaks that trump gave are mostly benificail to corporations and super rich..common man ki vache extra pay check money is noting ..long run lo this increases the deficit.

Fiscal conservatives ani chepukune gop, they always increase the deficit and leave the mess to Dem presidents..they clean the mess and gop president takes credit

taxes will be least of the problems with Sanders. Even for the rich.

There will be chaos. Other western countries can't be compared to the US.

US very existence is based on capitalism and what sanders is proposing is against to that..frankly im doubtful if he could achieve all that he proposes.  I just want a winnable candidate from dems thats all i care

Sanders is a capitalist too. He's just an old style capitalist.

He has been clear that his achievements while in office depends on the ability of the movement to keep on going, and demanding more from the govt, and putting pressure on the system to change. And he as the top person in the system will work for, and approve those changes.

Sanders is neither a socialist, nor a democratic socialist. The only thing I'm worried about is his stance on unions, and the team behind him. especially the green new deal one. Its full of conservative economists.

Who said he will tax only the rich? Normal people will get taxed close to 60-80%. All for what? To pay for drunk college students who don’t want to study, but want free education just cause? Economies don’t work just by distributing money sir. You can’t just clean up the coffers and expect money to magically appear back.

What does tax the rich even mean? Are you saying that rich people who set up companies with the extra money they have should be taxed more so that they don’t set up more companies and create jobs? What are the economic stimulants in Bernie’s plans?

a lot of middle class are being fear mongered into voting against Sanders because of tax increases. But it depends on how many middle class (actual middle class, not the professional class) can be convinced that their tax increase will be less than what they pay for healthcare and education.

I think a lot of them can be convinced.

investing in young people is the basic common sense thing to do..if u invest heavily in child health care, education etc..its benificial for the country. They growup and be the tax payers that the country needs. Its like sowing a seed , giving it the best care and reaping the fruits once it becomes big. The economic stimulant is investing on the younger generation.

taxing the rich means, they should pay their fair taxes. A small business is required to pay their fair share of taxes. How come as the company grows and grows, they pay less taxes?

You think people are not getting educated now? People are investing in education themselves buddy. You talk as if America is an uneducated country and that wiping out student debt alone will lead to an educated working class. It is not “common sense” to wipe out money owed by people. Wipe out student debt and then what? Who is going to create jobs now? All the money is taken out of the economy and student loans are serviced. So you are basically reducing the size of the economy as people will be working less. Rich people will not be investing because they don’t have money which makes return to labor less productive.

I am not bothered anyway. I think Crazy Bernie will likely bow out as Bloomberg will most likely be backed. The Clintons are behind him and he bought people during the latest impeachment trail. Dems have already sold themselves out to the richest dude in this race. Nasty fight coming up!!

labour becomes less productive only if unions are allowed to become formidable again. I don't think its going to happen this time. Given Bernie is promising free healthcare, people will be motivated to startup their own small enterprises.

US has  been at the forefront of radical political and social changes for the past century, and it has the opportunity to be at the forefront again by electing Sanders, and not fall for fearmongering from finance cucks.

sure bloomberg may buy the nomination, and Trump will win again. but Bernie has put hope back in people who want that change. and if not in 2020, then sometime down the line, things will change.

but in the slimmest chance that Bernie becomes president, it'd be amazing to watch people like you sulk. I'd give a million dollars to the poorest 100 people I find just to celebrate your disappointment.

you, and the finance behemoths you work for, are not smart enough to predict the future bro. its true. Bernie victory, and medical and education loan write off isn't going to make labour less productive. lol.

There are plenty of paths the economy can take. I hope Bernie is pragmatic enough to be open to all of them.

student debts and their interest rates are too high for a fresh grad to afford. I dont understand how i m taking money off the economy. If the students have less burden of student debt, wouldnt they use that money for buying houses, cars etc?  I dont think many young people save as much as older people. If they have extra dollars, they most likely spend it.

The only rich people that u r referring to would be the debt holders.
