Mana diet lo everyday oranges, apples, Coconut water and its pulp,  3-4 litres of water, 200ml curd

A Big No to -> icecreams, sweets, chat masala items, packed junk food, biscuits and everything maida

If you are talking about diet then you are OVERWEIGHT with an eating disorder ! And probably ugly too !!
