they cannot sell main rama naidu studio i.e jublie hills one because it is government land given for a building a studio.

this one is nanak ram guda studio which was built as an extension 10-15 years ago. this is private property and the promotors can do whaterer they want.

annapuruna, padmalaya, ramakrishna, rama naidu all date back to 1975 and henceforth. they need permission from government to be used for any other commerical puposes other than film making

YSR time lo Nagarjuna lobbied a lot to remove the clause so that they can sell the Annapurna Studios Land...Same thing with Sarathi studios.
