lot of people are fogetting the fact that COVID was suppose to kill 7-15% of populations, actual mortality is 0.26%

India shoud have followed sweden, come fall, sweden will be the best country as they have allowed herd immunity

Lock down concept was as usual borrowed concept from western world. It might have helped initially but with the kind of density of population, even you stay at home you will still be spreading...Imagine a place like Dharavi. even if every one stay at home, Do you think you can contain such virus ? Dharavi may be a exaggerated example but look at most Indian colonies, apartments, societies etc, closely packed and staying at home or not does not make any difference..it will spread.

You are right, we always had the benefit of herd immunity and may be we should have eased locked down after the initial 14 days in a phase wise manner rather than extending by two months hurting the economy and creating much bigger problems.
