There are multiple verses in Bible against idolatory.

 Exodus 20:3, Matthew 4:10, Luke 4:8, Colossians 3:5, Leviticus 26:3-12, Isaiah 45:20, 1 Corinthians 10:7-14 All state idolatry is bad for Christians. There are detailed parts about how God will punish for Idolatry. 

Colossians 3:5 specifically talks of being put to death for idolatry.

This whole all religions equal is not accepted by any Christian or Muslim. Abrahamic religions say that they are final word of God.

What that pastor says is real christianity. it might hurt some Hindu followers of Jagan, but that is the real view point of Bible.

No where in Bible it says that Idolatry is fine. 

Bible has a set of serious punishments for all kinds of crimes.

Exodus 35-2 -For working on Sabbath (Sunday), you can be stoned. 

Exodus 21-7 -says you can sell your daughter

Lividicus 18-22 - Homosexuality is an abomination. 

I have seen Christians who converted just few months back wont even touch a prasadam laddu, But we Hindus go on and on about how every religion is the same.

We Hindus dont have a single book with rules and guidelines that is why we have such diverse opinions and viewpoints., But Christianity and Islam have a book which you can look for any questions. They are complete political economic theories that control all aspects of life

BTW Quran does say that Homosexuals and cheaters can be stoned to death. What ISIS was doing was real Islam. ISlam does sanction slavery, so ISIS was correct to take slaves as per their religion.
