1.4 C ki 3 BHK evadu kontunnadu bhayya when there are newly constructed properties near by @ 70 lks. evado neeku inflated rates chepthunnadu. all realtors here are inflating rates when ever you talk. I  recently got 3 bed 3 bath for 70 lks in Manikonda. I was tempted for Alien construction in Tellapur and my cousin brought a villa (4 crs) in the same venture. but I felt its too much over hyped. Now recently got a news that project is stalled due to many legal issues

IT/Financial District area ki 2 to 6 KM distance lo any 3 Bedroom apartment 1C kante thakkuva ku vasthundhi ante its not a gated community! It could be only in  standalone apartment complex built in 350 to 600 squards, congested parking and no gated comm amenities.

Nuvu cheppedhi normal apartments Uncle ... Nenu cheppedhi my home apartments ... Valla site loney eppudu selling for 1.4 c ... ammenities and all consider chestharu ga
