New wages tarwatha h1 extension file chesara evaraina? I have extension coming up in next 4months. Ma location lo earlier I was in Level-2 .. but with new changes I'm in just about Level-1.

company maripo. tell new employer about wage levels and give salary based on that for level 2.

4 months kada. Wait for court to take up the case. As soon as they halt the order, go for extension without wasting ang time.

if you were filed as level 2, you should file level 2 now, you cannot file level 1

alternate wage surveys can be used anta, wait for 2 more months, attorneys andariki clarity vachestadi

better to look for another employer in another city.

ppl might laugh at my suggestion but its always good to be on the safe side. law suit status theliyadu.... mana employer gadini covid time lo salary bump to 20-30k ante ivvadu.

so changing job seems better.

What is the other option, if the if they can only file L1 not L2? Company change better?
Its tough to find a job with 150k as L2 intha fast ga. 15-1132(Software Dev - Applications)

I think the problem is with my Location and role (15-1132) but not my company... 151k as L2 is insane.

No one knows. All the companies in waiting mode to see what happens to court case.

That is one alternative attorneys are suggesting too. But no one is sure how uscis will handle such cases. 

best to wait if we can afford to wait.
