Soak tamarind. Minapappu, senagapappu 1 table spoon, few red chillies dry roast in pan, grind them to coarse powder. Add Oil in pan, then add green mirchi, garlic, methi leaves to it and cook them. Ee cooked mixture ni aah coarse powder toh tamarind with water vesi grind, then add salt and put popu.

Methi thepla is one of my fav dish. Eppudu travel chestunna kudirithe I prepare and take these with me. Bayaita tinevi elano avtone untayi but nothing can beat thepla for me.
