Nice baa.. nenu 17 to 20 per set... three times chestunna... trying to do 100 a day

5 push-ups ke viral ha? I did 75 to 80 at one stretch, office lo challenge vunte.. I won 25$ gift card, second vocha, someone did one more than me anta.. I have no proof.. health professional told!

Tip emi ledhu, regular practice.. keep increasing 1 or 2 each day from previous day.. builds strength and stamina

Nenu asalu okkati cheyadanikey sachipoyetodini...mellaga daily 2 to 5 chesthu oka 1 month lo gradual ga improve chesthu 20 * 4 ki ocha...after that plateau aindhi 25*4...push ups lo chala variety untayi kaka...close grip, wide grip, inclined, declined ila untayi...if you have a broad frame go with wide grip push ups...natural ga konchem easy untadhi and you will build confidence , broad shoulders will give additional thrust during wide grip push ups...if you do not have broad frame then start with closed grip or traditional push up...never ever go for diamond push up unless you are experienced ....oka vela push up cheyadam ibbandhi aithey then kneel down and in that position try to do push ups on floor with knees touching the ground and legs crossed over each other at feet for firm grip! Oka vela idhi kashtam aithey standing position lo wall ni push chesthunnattu try cheyyi, this will allow your shoulders and traps to gain some strength...push ups and pull ups ki patience is the key kaka... Melli ga develop cheyi it will take 1 to 2 months...never do more than 30 push ups at one stretch ...rotator cuff injury aiiyye chances chala high...okkasari adhi occhindhantey torture untadhi...set ki set ki Madhya lo atleast oka 3 min gap ivvu...do not do more than 70 to 100 push ups each day ....kondharikey set avthundhi chala mandhi sustain cheyaleru and they will be prone to injuries...ivi kaka some basics ..all the best...patience is the key!
