I work for Amazon L6 role. For L5 that is excellent salary. I choose Arlington, VA. Weather wise is nice and you can stay in Virginia suburbs. My friend also moved to SDM position recently in Arlington, VA but he is in L6 role.

Frisco and Plano are north,  growing rapidly and has top rated schools Bhayya, grapevine is little south and a nice city but manollu ekku undaru -aa daggarlo southlake and Flowermound ani two little cities untay avi nice but very expensive
