but good returns kavali ante, you need to buy where there is value to the land and not the house....usually plain land areas lo land ki value takkuva because city can keep expanding as per the growth....land grows value over period and house loses values and needs repairs....anduke markets like bay area, denver, boulder, seattle are premium because there is not unlimited land....usually aa places to buy a old house and gradually remodel and sell after few years $$$$$$
