outskirts lo vachina anni new localities are swamped...

Hyderabad had natural drain system…almost every area had a lake and drain. Anni poinayi…

Main encroachments jariginayi kuda low lying areas la drains and leka chuttu ae…

If anyone remembered Bathukamma Kunta near Nallakunta…used to be a huge lake. It’s vanished now.

Bro, I heard this name around 95 when I was kid .. malli nuvvu ante ippudu gurtukuvahhindi .. give me more info about this

These lakes didn’t shrink overnight. According to some studies, between 1989 and 2001, the city lost 3,245 hectares of water bodies — about 10 times the size of Hussain Sagar.

Go and learn who Introduced regularisation scheme and made all illegal occupations legal

If such scheme wasn't there , state govt could have recovered all lakes

Ofcourse consecutive governments too profited wildly from such occupation and hence encouraged the practice

and now Hyd's drain water problem ki oka solution lekunda poindi.

Ie scheme tarvate, Hyderabad la vunna rowdies and dada's andaru real estate dealers avataram ethinaru...kaali ga vunna cheruvu  park's anni poinayi...
