how to overcome va.... watching one after other...

normally also, when having some free time, my fingers are automatically typing youtube and just play something... don't know how to overcome this...

even when in stress situations, to relax myself I am watching some youtube videos, don't really know how to overcome this...

do one thing watch vlogs for 48-60 hours continously and get admitted in psychiatric care.

after that you will be normal

so YouTube dont know your taste and it doesnt recommend videos which you like, so eventually you lose interest in youtube
