biggest losers will be those who have to sell in the near future. vaalla equity motham tudichi pettuku potundi. life restart mode laaga. 

those who are house poor (no cash, only house) - will face bad music IF they have to sell.

For a primary home, it doesn’t matter as long as the monthly mortgage payment is affordable.. for investment homes, it is hard to consistently maintain positive cash flow with high interest rates and property taxes..

Yeah it’s pretty scary for recent homeowners…if anyone is feeling offended as op suggested, it is just their way of handling their fear.

Don’t mind them and enjoy renting until you get the chance to ride the tiger
